The space

The property has 2 cozy bedrooms and a beautiful indoor Zen garden! The tatami living room in the first floor is able to switch into bedroom as some elderly hard to get upstairs.

2 bedrooms on the second floor with tatami flooring for traditional Japanese futon bedding which can enjoy the outer view can fit 3 futon bedding. The other one with great Japanese style ceiling and decorations which can fit 2 futon bedding. The total area is 55 square meters.

- 5 mins to Gion

Easy walking from Gion Shijo Station (10 min.)

**Step 1:**
Take bus No. 206 from Kyoto Station to Kiyomizu-do Bus Stop. The journey takes about 12 minutes and involves 8 stops.

**Step 2:**
From Kiyomizu-do Bus Stop, it's a short 5-minute walk to Kiyomizu-dera Temple.

Paid parking is available near the guesthouse.

This is a full house rental that is entirely private to the guests : ) There are no other guests sharing the house.

Additional Rules

1. No Smoking In the room, outside by the door, or in the garden or courtyard.

2. Please carry the luggage instead of dragging. Please keep quiet in the room, specially at night.

3. Please Turn off the power, when you go outside.

4. Please take off your shoes when you get inside the room.

5. According to local regulations, please leave all the garbage inside, by the door. Our cleaning staff will come to collect every 2-3 days.

6. Please eat and drink in the dining area. Please do not eat on tatami.

7. Please do not dry the clothes in the garden or courtyard.

8. Please try not to move the furniture. Please put them back after using.

9. Please do not use the linens and other supplies in the cupboards, which are prepared for the next guests.

10. Please do not step on the moss when you entering the garden.
