– Check-in after 4:00 pm

– Checkout before 10:00 am

– Self check-in with lockbox

During your stay

– 6 guests maximum

– No pets

– Quiet hours (10:00 pm – 8:00 am)

– No parties or events

– No commercial photography

– No smoking

Additional Rules

1. No Smoking In the room, outside by the door, or in the garden or courtyard.

2. Please carry the luggage instead of dragging. Please keep quiet in the room, specially at night.

3. Please Turn off the power, when you go outside.

4. Please take off your shoes when you get inside the room.

5. According to local regulations, please leave all the garbage inside, by the door. Our cleaning staff will come to collect every 2-3 days.

6. Please eat and drink in the dining area. Please do not eat on tatami.

7. Please do not dry the clothes in the garden or courtyard.

8. Please try not to move the furniture. Please put them back after using.

9. Please do not use the linens and other supplies in the cupboards, which are prepared for the next guests.

10. Please do not step on the moss when you entering the garden.
